Happy #StitchFixFriday friends!! It is officially safe to say that this girl loves her some Stitch Fix and I wanted to share that love with my hubby! Stitch Fix is now offering Fixes for the fellas, so I did not hesitate to sign my man up. Unfortunately, we do not share the love of getting subscription services. That’s just not his thing. I am grateful that he humored me, though! If you are new to Stitch Fix or unfamiliar with their services, you can check out this post on how to get your best Fix and get more information about the service by clicking here.

Since Trae (that’s my boo’s name) is a Stitch Fix virgin, I was hoping that they would send him a fairly “safe” Fix for his first try. For the most part, that is exactly what they did! Stitch Fix only carries men’s bottoms up to a 34″ inseam. Well, the jolly green stick man is 6’6″ and weighs 160 lbs. soaking wet….sooooo no pants or jeans for Trae. So, without further ado, let’s see how this Fix went.

Hawker Rye Essential Wash Long Sleeve Shirt in Navy $58 STATUS: RETURNED

Trae actually thought this shirt was ok. The length was good and fit was nice. The name says it all. It’s definitely an ESSENTIAL shirt. I really think he would have kept this if he didn’t already have so many similar shirts in his closet. So, back it went. Also, this is the only picture I caught of him smiling….sour patch kid.

Alternative Apparel Marathon Hooded Pullover in Light Grey $40 STATUS: RETURNED

I thought this pullover was very soft. Trae agreed, but he also thought it was very thin. He said it felt very much like a t-shirt. He didn’t love it, so back it went. The length on this one is great and the fit is nice as well.

Stance Rocklin Super Invisible 3-Pack Socks in Grey $30 STATUS: RETURNED

Pretty cool, huh? The ladies don’t get socks in their Fix, so this kind of caught me off guard. This 3-pack of socks came in very essential colors like black, white, and grey. Trae probably would have kept these if they weren’t “invisible.” He doesn’t like no-show socks. (Excuses, excuses…) So back they went.

Flag & Anthem Hyde Indigo Dye Hoodie in Indigo $69.50 Status: RETURNED

We both thought this hoodie resembled dark-wash blue jeans. I liked the distressed detail at the pocket. Trae wasn’t really into this one. Other than the cool color and distressing at the pockets, it is a basic hoodie. So, back it went. I already see where this is going….

Original Penguin Halsey Jacquard Chambray Shirt in Grey $89 STATUS: RETURNED

I really wanted him to LOVE this one. I mean, how cute can you get? All he needed was his glasses and I would have been in nerd crush mode! The print on this is so up my alley, but I knew from the moment I saw it, he wouldn’t like it. You can’t tell from the pictures, but the sleeves are way too short for him. He immediately called it a no when he saw that. Well, you can’t blame a girl for trying!

So, my husband sent his entire Fix back. Stitch Fix is super awesome and they want to try again by waiving his next styling fee. I think this is an awesome gesture. He agreed…reluctantly. Thank you Stitch Fix for bringing the excitement that women who unbox Fixes every month feel, to the world of men. Maybe not my man, but somebody’s man! Want to help the man in your life try Stitch Fix? Snag him a gift card and let him try it out for himself, by clicking the super cute banner below!

Here’s to staying stylish,

A.G.
